maybe people could, ya know, could play their class? People don't want world class play here, they are just asking for basic rotations. If you're cool with ruin spam smns or ice blm, then you can give them their maroon participation ribbon. I am more than happy to tell them their performance is on the low side and where they can find guides to improve.

i would worry about myself messing up my own rotations rather than to stress myself worrying about other's. actually, i'd be more upset if you won't respond when i say, "hi", during dungeons runs.
