    But now that they have done it, we know it's possible to get something going with the service providers here without too much of a hassle, just cost. But then there are other options, New Zealand, Indonesia, etc.

    So complete misinformation on their part and the unwillingness to deal with any ISP that isn't Optus (one of the worst in my own experience)? Sounds like Blizzard alright.
