If you had an active character on a Chaos server when they announced the transfer then yes.

The 34 hours maintenance in EU comes out to about 75 cents out of your monthly subscription.

But yeah, I recall them saying the downtime in this case would be reimbursed in the form of an extension to the sub expiry date, but whether that was when they thought the move could take up to five days I don't remember.

Yup i have a ping of 30ms and from what i can see the servers are in Germany Dusseldorf
