Do you think that this change will bring many new and returning players?

From my own experience latency can play huge factor when it comes to pace and enjoyment of the game.

Should we expect queues when loging in?

I have noticed that sometimes all the servers are restricted for new characters as it is. If there are going to be more players without any new servers added it could become a lil bit crowded.

Why else would the servers be moved? I don't think it is as much due to QoL improvement as Yoshi expecting increased amount of subs.

I don't expect many returning players. Lag is not what ruined it for them, not in the first place.

It would be nice to have a significant upgrade ping wise. For some reason I feel we won't really notice it. Maybe my expectations are too high.

I have been using WTFast on and off for the past month; 200 ms latency without it, 160-170 with it, and I've been able to feel a massive difference just with that. I can't even imagine how wonderful it will be if it drops down to double digits.

Now you have no excuse when you die to landslide.

Nothing will change. Chaos will just be copied to a datacentre in Europe. Latency will be the only feature. If you took a break and came back you wouldn;t even see any difference unless you had bad latency.

No idea. When I was running Nevereap for the last of my Eso someone said London but don't have anything to back it up. personally I'd have though London would be a bad place but who knows. We can tracert when it comes back online.

There are no source, because SE haven't said anything about it, and neither have anyone else involved...

Unless SE makes an official statement before the servers are up, we just have to find out ourselves tomorrow.

When it comes to servers and Europe (unless you have multiple server locations in Europe), there are a couple of popular locations to choose from, and that's for a good reason... Those locations are central points to Europe's internet infrastructure, and the best possible options overall for everyone.

I'm not sure how good the connections are to Munich, but if they choose Frankfurt for example, they can be sure that people are gonna have a good connection to it... I just hope SE realizes that.
