That would not be enough of a guarantee that the others are alive. We know that the spell Flow affected Thancred, Yda, Papalymo and Minfilia, but that dosn't mean that they could be saved.

Y'sholta's case was only possible because she had a blood relative in Gridania (Y'mithra, AKA you mentor if playing Summoner), The only other Scion with a confirmed family is...Minfilia and even then that family is either dead or adopted, then again it seems likely that the effects of Flow made Y'sholta's aether compatible enough to be a substitute for that.

If she isn't, I'll also be happy if she comes back changed in the same way all the others are. Perhaps able to fight her own battles instead of just plot-bait.

My money is on her coming back plus Ascian, similar to Lahabrea and Thancreds forbidden romance. It would mirror a Final Fantasy V plot point quite nicely, and I assume we're getting Krile now (and Living Liquid was a Living Flame reference, for what that's worth) so some more Final Fantasy V references wouldn't be unusual IMO.

Granted, we've already had Melusine as a boss in the Binding Coil, but can the developers resist the chance to put this (possibly NSFW);

into the game? I don't think so... Heck, after the way Y'shtola turned up (I'm fairly sure Flow was mostly forbidden because it seems it resulted in a lot of cases of indecent exposure...) I wouldn't really be phased by a possessed Minfilia baring all... Final Fantasy tends to have at least one boss fight like that, and they could go Yunalesca style with it as the fight progresses...

The spell englobed everyone that night. Somehow, it is trace enough to track them. Minfilia is first an alla mighan, surely she must have a hidden relative. Thancred is a guy with a clouded past, until the FALL, I didnt know he was a rogue before acting as a gladiator. Who can say that actually he wasnt a hidden noble or something from a very distant noble familly ? As for Papalymo and Yda, they have a strong connection between them but also the moogles and the forest spirits of Gridania, surely something can be made out of this !!! right ?

Yda and Papalymo dissapeared after a massive LB and Minfilia, well I dont have a clue where she went.

No one else besides Y'sholta was traped on the lifestream.

Also the fact that LB is in lore stated to be dangerous to the point of lethality for a mortal to use; I don't like it but I doubt Yda and Papalymo survived.

Im sure he is not, the spell works as teleport but the problem is that the caster will get traped on the lifestream and the orther will be send wherever the caster wanted to send them. That why the spell is forbbiden

Minfillia was talking to a Krile several times in 2.0. This might imply that Krile is here to find Minfillia, or she appears after we find Minfillia. Notice also, she has the aether-goggle device on her arm like the scions do.

Except that the 1.0 WoL got teleported 5 years into the future by Louisoux at the Battle of Carteneau and you have been playing the character since then. Duh. Does nobody follow the story around here?

The 1.0 imported WoL is the 1.0 WoL but......

he or she is only 1 of the countless other WoLs in 1.0. As stated during the prologue arc everyone has forgotten what the Warriors of light looked like only seeing them as bright figures of light. This implies the canon of 1.0 was that the 1.0 WoL had other 1.0 WoL with him or her during 1.0. However, the imported 1.0 WoL is only one of the WoL that disappeared during End of an Era and currently is the only 1.0 WoL to have returned after the 5 year gap so the other 1.0 WoL that was with the Imported 1.0 WoL are still missing.
