Thread: So, housing mafia instantly bought most of small houses...

through alts and now reselling them for 20m+ through PF. Shouldn't there be some rule one house per account or something? It's obviously this feature is abused, exploited and not working as intended.

To be fair i dont understand why we shouldn't be able to buy houses with our alts.

I would understand if we were able to share our houses with our alts from the same account, but thing is... We cant.

If you don't like it, don't partake of it. Now that there's automatic reclamation, and more wards coming in 3.3, if people just calm their tits and wait, the player housing market should see a decrease in value making it less appealing to do this.

On the other hand, if people keep on buying despite the fact that there's other ways to get the homes with a little patience, welp.

At this point, complaining about house resellers is akin to complaining about people over charging for king cakes. Is it a dick move? Yup. Will it sort itself out in time assuming the player base acts in a half way intelligent manner? Yup.

No I do not believe for a second that it was intended for housing to have a interplayer housing market. The game sells houses, now reclaims them for non use, npcs are intended to be the housing market not players. They need to implement something to stop player from selling plots to other players.

Maybe something that when a house is abandoned to market, from non use or player relenquishing it, the house doesn't go on the market right away, instead will go on the market after a randomly generated amount of time.

How will that prevent people from selling it once its available ?

Full disclosure: I am totally jealous of those people, but just can not make myself craft things. So boring.

But I also don't complain about how much money they have on the forums so there's that. Just silently jealous.

Jealousy isn't the same as demanding they get punished for using the system as it's been currently implemented.
