Do you need to know where the player markets zone in Ul'Dah is? I think it would make a cool vid to go shopping for gear. (I mean not the silly NPC merchants btw)

Part 19 of my 'Let's Play' gameplay and commentary in the MMO, Final Fantasy XIV, by Square Enix.

In this episode we decide to head away from Camp Black Brush and take on some of the higher-ranked combat leves available at Camp Drybone, which are rated for Rank 10 and above. We make our way eastward into uncharted territory as we journey to the new campsite, only to find the leve targets slightly tougher than expected. Not wanting to give up too easily, we try again (and once more for good luck) before realising that perhaps we're still a little too unprepared for the foes in this new area..

Oh by the way, I recommend leveling up Pugilist to level 6 (shouldn't take long at all), so you can get the ability Second Wind (a healing move that uses TP). You will be able to equip Second Wind on your Marauder afterwards! It will help when you need a nice heal while fighting enemies. =) You can also level up Thaumaturge to level 4 and get Sacrifice (an actual healing spell using MP), but... as you are a melee class, your MP pool will be limited, so Second Wind is a better option. But, of course, Second Wind has a much longer cooldown!

We then head out into the desert of Thanalan to test out our new Conjury skills on some lower level mobs, before making our way back to Camp Drybone to see if our new stat points will make a difference in higher level combat this time..
