Bikinis are not slutty if you wear them at the beach or maybe let's say in very hot places like Thanalan (and even then, you would preferably want to protect your skin). Anywhere else is nonsense and slutty. Coliseum doesn't fit any theme. There is no true efficient battle equipment that shows so much skin, it's pure fantasy. It fits the theme of fan-service as much as Erza Scarlet's slutty armors from Fairy Tail.
