As nice as it would be, I honestly see it being terribly abused by people who when the queue pops on a role they don't want, they go in and instantly exit or troll, or if it's not properly implemented you get a MNK showing up in a tank slot.

They'd merely have to implement a lock that won't allow you to accept the queue until you're on the class/role it's selected for you to enter as.
Many other MMO's have this set up already; WoW, Tera, Rift, and RO2 to name a few off the top of my head.
I'd definitely be for this, cause it wouldn't lock me out of being able to still focus on a particular class if I'm levelling that one. Just give me more options when I'm running for the roulettes.
But with RIFT you could switch after entering the dungeon. Take the support role, support was not needed in 5 mans, in fact it made the run slower and harder. So you queued as support and instantly switched to a DPS soul after entering. You were expected to.
