I agree with your desire to have it available again, but the very reasons you want it are why I don't think it (or anything else for that matter) is suitable for a cash shop. Anyone who would buy it finds it a meaningful enhancement to the game (even if it is a somewhat minor one). Such enhancements shouldn't cost extra after we're paying a subscription.

Kimono Sets and Bathing Suits: Glamour items. Helps the ingame economy by either purchasing Glamour Prisms from the marketboard, purchasing mats needed to synth up one, or gathering said mats yourself.

The swimsuits are cosmetic items, not glamour items. There's no reason to use glamour prisms with them unless you want to do something weird like wear them into battle. They're mainly for wearing when you're lounging in your hot tub or having a beach party with your FC or the like. No reason to glamour them to anything else for that; just wear them directly. (The kimonos could probably go either way, as either cosmetic party gear or glamoured to combat gear. I glamoured my ninja with one for a while when I was short on suitable looking clothes for the job.)

(Not that I really see how that's relevant to the issue anyway. Nor why how visible stuff is to other players would be relevant. I just thought it odd that you'd think of the swimsuits as going with the glamour system (which didn't even exist when they were released.))

As much as I agree with you and feel like I deserve to have this minigame for free like others, I do not believe it is in any way possible for that to happen except for maybe waiting a year, so mog station is my only hope.

Well, people trying to support the notion of a cash shop frequently pretend that that would be the main reason for opposing it. It really isn't.

That argument is most often applied by claiming that cosmetic stuff could be in a cash shop without damaging the game, yet the vast majority of the game's long-term rewards are cosmetic. If cosmetics can be purchased through a cash shop, then all those in-game rewards are trivialized (or worst case scenario eliminated). That's a bigger impact on the game than selling best-in-slot combat gear would be. (In fact, the only real argument against selling that combat gear is the exact same one that applies even more strongly for cosmetics - that it reduces the incentive to earn that gear through gameplay.)

In this case, it's a mini-game rather than a cosmetic under discussion, but the same basic facts still hold. If SE decides to bring it back, they can do so either in a way that will let you earn it in-game or by having you purchase it out-of-game. The former enhances the process in a way the later doesn't. Every cash shop item is one less in-game reward.

You can craft one using some materials brought back from ariships. Fairly cheap these days.
