I was going through Coerthas to Mor Dhona
1. Boulder Downs
2. Camp Everlake
3. Terrigan's Stand
4. Shepherd Peak (from Terrigan's Stand to Shepherd Peak go the west way arround the montain)
5. Mor Dhona (run fast or the raptors get you ^^)

And don't forget, save the savepoint on every aetherite

^ This totally if you find it hard to get through Black Shroud and can't get anyone to teleport you.
There's more room to avoid the mobs in Coerthas so it makes it easier to get to Mor Dhona.

Going through the Black Shroud, there's exactly one mob - a Black Eft I think - that you have to use Quickstride to sprint past, if you go the right way. The rest is cake.
