need help please - Mor Dhoma

Unfortunately I did not try to access Mor Dohma til later in the game. Had no real reason to as I was based out of Limsa and could do most of my early requirements from there.. Now that I need to get there I cannot find a way. Everytime I have tried to walk there I run into a wall of Toxic Toads that I cannot fight my way through in Coerthas. As I do not have Blue Fog yet <wall of Scorpions guard the route> I cannot enter from there. Is there another way that I can try. Shouting for ports does no good. People do not want to use there precious supply of Anima. Is there another way or do I have to wait for Chocobos and hope that they are strong enough to run through the mobs. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Enter through the black shroud. There's only one path which will successfully get you around the high-level mobs that aggro there, so be patient and look for another way around (I think the northern fork is easier). If you don't have Quickstride already, I highly recommend getting it.

Ogres and Rainbow Peistes and those Black Bombs kept killing me first time I went to Mor Dhona. It's kind of annoying. I guess try to set your homepoint close by (maybe crimson bark)

1. Boulder Downs
2. Camp Everlake
3. Terrigan's Stand
4. Shepherd Peak (from Terrigan's Stand to Shepherd Peak go the west way arround the montain)
5. Mor Dhona (run fast or the raptors get you ^^)

And don't forget, save the savepoint on every aetherite

^ This totally if you find it hard to get through Black Shroud and can't get anyone to teleport you.
There's more room to avoid the mobs in Coerthas so it makes it easier to get to Mor Dhona.

Going through the Black Shroud, there's exactly one mob - a Black Eft I think - that you have to use Quickstride to sprint past, if you go the right way. The rest is cake.

Get Quickstride will get you through a lot of crap

Bad thing with quickstride is the effect is shorter on non-archer classes.
