Re: Dreamtoads, the only real difference I would suggest is to make it so that their tongue attack that grabs you, swallows you. Then you could fight it from the inside while taking poison damage.

An astute suggestion sir but with 2 minor drawbacks

That would be very hard/damned near impossible to impliment into an MMO, plus constantly being swallowed by every single dreamtoad you attempt to solo could get slightly annoying.

Easy to implement - you already end up inside the damn thing anyway due to clipping issues, just make it impossible to get OUT once the tongue hits you.

And you could do double damage from the inside! No armor on the spleen.

Don't forget chigoes. I thought that it was fun in FFXI where chigoes were invisible except for some small dots that you could barely see. It was fun because you had to be careful to avoid them and unsuspecting players would get killed. It was slightly dangerous.

They are far too large now.

In real life the chigoe is the smallest known flea at 1mm in size.
