SCH glitch or am I misunderstanding?

So at i190, a scholar can still hit a 14k heal, but these forums lately are filled with people crying for scholar buffs. /confused

I have never seen a SCH use emergency tactics in a fight. They want buffs because lustrate was nerfed (it has a potency now, used to be a flat 25% target HP heal).

Besides, how often can you emergency tactics anyway? Outside of ET, SCH burst healing ability is limited fairly limited, solely to lustrate i believe, which can be used 3 times a minute and some would rather energy drain for mp.
