Wow. That is so sad.
For us to kick someone out of a party for being "unskilled" is just unthinkable.
I can't tell if you are being serious or sarcastic. Stupid text and lack of emotion. Regardless, I do happen to think it is unthinkable - at least before you offer to help. Some of my best friendships in 11 started because I sucked, and asked for help, or someone else sucked and I offered advice. Granted, in pick up groups, I am a lot more lenient. With my friends who claim to be hardcore I'll kick then from a party and tell them they can't get back in unless they bring me a coke (I frequently play with people who live next door to me). But obviously that's a different situation as I know them intimately and its all in good fun.

I was serious.
I have only partied with Japanese players and have never seen anyone openly get kicked from a party for any reason.
We sometimes invite strangers to join us (including non-Japanese speakers) and there was only one time when someone was really being a jerk. Rather than kick the person, we said that we were finished, disbanded the party, and went elsewhere to continue playing. No hurt feelings.
