    As far as I'm aware, it's only the gathering stat that matters, with HQ being random.
    Much like battle retainers it's only ilvl that matters. What gear type and other stats you use doesn't matter at all.

    It's what I understand too, would be interested if people have figured if ilvl makes a difference as retainer level I think impacts time/amount of resources gained
