    You'll want to check this out:
    Transfer of the Chaos Data Center to Europe

    Basically: subscription extension for those with character(s) on Chaos, and free world transfer for a week - only if you want to move to a NA/Jpn world, from Chaos. I'd say this last bit is kinda unfair. -_- Especially with this explanation:
    Because the Chaos data center is being relocated, certain players may find they are no longer playing on a desirable World.
    ...because only North Americans and Japanese can find that their chosen (designated EU so far, but physically just as NA as any other NA one) world is "no longer desirable", apparently...?
