This has been an ongoing discussion with my friend every time I buy a new esoteric piece and immediately grumble about glamouring it before I even put it on. So after seeing this thread a week or so ago I doodled what direction I wish they would have gone in, looking up old WHM gear from other final fantasy games. (Yes I stole the battlemage vials. I love that coat)

WOW, now that is amazing. In love with this look, and it would look awesome on both males and females.

The staff reminds me of She-Ra's headpiece!

You're wearing glam and that head goes for what...1m gil or more atm for most people who cannot make it? Telling us to be creative? Give everyone a few millions and their creativity will go up too!

Considering I made most of my gil through roulettes, challenge logs, selling random junk from treasure maps, etc....a million gil shouldn't even take that long. But I digress. I said be creative, not "copy exactly what I'm wearing." Creativity doesn't always come from copying what you seem you know.

Casters wearing dresses and robes no matter what gender is really well normal in fantasy. In other games like WoW every other caster set is like that.

I for one really like the WHM Eso set with the exception of the helm which would work if it was looser.

In fact, Sage is an upgrade to Red mage in FFIII with weaker strenght

Someone posted an image a long time ago of the classic WHM look as a gown (kind of like AST) and that was beautiful.

Female-design aside, that's the kind of headpiece WHMs should be getting, but we haven't seen in either of the online Final Fantasies. Closest being XI's Orison's cap.

With imagination WHM nun hood becomes Assassins Creed hood. The problem is that WHM robes don't mesh really well, (and the chest piece looks really bad on males). Priest chest works much better with WHM hood.

I'm more bothered about the fact that healers and casters share the same set always... that's really lazy SE and I'm tired.
