Feature Request: mounting on the move

This is really needed. I never understood why I was forced to dismount my chocobo to talk to someone. If I can emote and use certain items while mounted, why not talk too?

It's to stop people from blocking the NPCs when mounted so people are unable to click them, they should have just made the "confirm" under rebinding keys more prevalent so people don't have to click on NPCs but use a hotkey instead. Put it in the tutorial, or a hovering icon when approaching an NPC like some MMOs do. I was surprised about how many didn't notice this when a few people were blocking the NPCs with mounts during the release of Alexander.

The problem with that reasoning is that mounts make no difference in ppl blocking out NPCs (or anything else, really, like retainer bells).

Also: while at it, how about removing the stupid gysahl greens and freeing up an inventory slot?

Yes, it does make a difference. I sometimes have trouble clicking on a retainer bell because so many people hover on it. Mounts are the same problem with NPCs.

I just click the confirm button when I'm near it; no problems.
