1.5% Haste doesn't equal a 1.5% increase in group DPS (or even individual DPS), though.3% with 50% uptime, 1.5%.

No but read what else I said please.
You can test it out on a dummy, it's a realistic boost. I'm not sure why I'm even defending how good Fey Wind is here.

I will retest when I wake up tomorrow, but I've done so before, and have not seen a noticable difference in DPS when Fey Wind is active, at least not enough to push DPS checks.

Back in ARR I use to use Eos almost always and didn't touch Selene until I was reading a thread about the two way back then. After reading the arguments I decided to use Selene and have never went back. Rarely did I use Eos and it was only one dungeon I would use here and it was Sastasha (HM) simply because the boss fights then really demanded the extra healing she provided. I love my Selene though, and at the time I didn't want to have to micro-manage Eos (still don't).
I think what would really be good would be to get groups of people willing to rerun the same content over and over, either with or without a parser, to see what "real world" difference Eos vs Selene has on time to completion.. I've been sort of tempted to try something similar for "how much of a difference does sch dps make anyway?" Running spreadsheet with average DPS and time that can be used as evidence for these sorts of threads..
