I really don't care if they nerf Alex savage or not in 3.2, that gear will be obsolete when a5-a8 savage will be up. My only interest is see more players to become raiders, they should focuse in Savage content. It's disheartening open the pf and see a lot of static looking for fill theirs spots when 2 weeks ago they were killing bosses as same time. :/

Maybe if the groups that keep cycling players weren't so abrasive they'd actually keep players instead of chase them off. A good static listens to it's players and works with them and their particular schedules. As such there's often no need to cycle players because everyone's on the same page.

I don't get where this stereotype of raiders being abrasive comes from, especially in this game. Maybe its a server thing, but I've found raiders to be some of the nicest and helpful people in the game and the vast majority have also been pleasant to run with. I remember back while progressing on T13 all the healers that would stay multiple lockouts and some even on multiple days to help us learn the fight while our WHM was out on vacation. Or when joining random learning groups to find that I wasn't the only one there just to help.
