...dont be to sure about that - I've seen people in level 50 dungeons having no clue at all about their blm-rota... and they werent trolls since I was able to explain it to them and they were most grateful because they really didnt had any idea... and dont ask me how this is possible (but since we're getting plds who havent heared of flash once in their life...)

This is quite easy to explain. A lot of these fellows are from South America where none of the language spoken there are supported language of FF14. Majority of the "no clue" I found and encountered also spoke very little English and understood even less. I was able to figure out the language barrier problem after one of these "no clue" managed to type "i m brazilian. i don't understand sorry".

Took a lot of Google Translate from English to Portuguese, but in the end I was able to communicate enough nouns and verbs for the Brazilian not to screw up important game mechanics. So the lesson is, sometimes the person has little choice but to be bad because the language barrier doesn't give them a chance to be good.

Yeah I've got to agree with this.. I'm sure there might be some people who are screwed over by the language barrier, but by far the vast majority of "bads" are in fact those who understand a supported language...

So much this, I hate to be a person that says "all french/german/whatever players are bad" but literally every time I have someone in my group who does something unbelievably stupid it is a french person.

^ This so much this! :L I know some good french players but apparently they all keep to themselves and sadly leave us with the "bads" because they can't stand them, which causes the "all players of X language" to be labelled as bad... its sad really, but i can't help them as they won't understand..
