    Not much for blm really, obviously anything that increases dmg (crit, dmg boost etc)Quelling strikes is useful enough if you find a tank who cant handle high burst

    Its the weakest in terms of damage if thats what you mean(along with mch)The job changes drastically at lvl 52(along with mch) with getting cast times.
    Id look at bard a bit more if you dont like it currently as its completely different past that level.
