Need help achieving minimum melds for lv.60 2* recipes.

(With food) The minimum CP requirements for the rotations I like are:
Pre Red Script Gear:
Kat's MuMe (all hasty touches): 419 CP
Kat's MuMe (one precise/basic touch): 437 CP
Rath's MaMa (no first SH): 415 CP
Rath's MaMa (with first SH): 437 CP

One or Two Pieces of Red Script Gear:
Kat's MuMeNameBrand: 444 CP (also requires 774 craftsman)
Sollux MaMaPbPRapid: 452 CP (also requires 776 craftsman)

With One IV Overmeld (per item) CP is as follows:
Base: 404
HQ Bouillabaisse: 447
HQ Baked Onion Soup: 452
HQ Seafood Stew: 454

With Zero IV Overmelds (per item) CP is as follows:
Base: 395
HQ Bouillabaisse: 438
HQ Baked Onion Soup: 443
HQ Seafood Stew: 445

This makes 404 base CP relatively optimal as it gives access to all the good rotations (that I'm aware of).
