Bard - they broke my job

Take BLM for example, they've been having the firestarter thing since 2.0 and they never bothered correctthing it. Now it became a bit more of an issue because you couldn't sharp cast fire I and go straight into fire III; you'd still get the cast bar and mana cost. They even hot fixed that on 8/4/15

The issue they speak of is actually one I've never experienced. You still need to wait for the proc to "appear" before using Fire III, if you start casting Fire III immediately after sharpcasted Fire, you'd still hardcast it.
