I got to the halfway pt between rank 2 & 3 today just by using the guy doing beast dailies and 5 mins grinding mobs because I had 5 mins left on the greens (about 10k of xp in total). Yes, I do now realize one always has to do SOMETHING to unlock the ability to do a HM trial or dungeon... not to mention I managed to unlock Extreme Thornmarch!
