Put Esoteric tomes and add a few zeroes on to the gil reward for the adventurer in need bonus for Expert/Leveling, I'll queue on my 60 tank all day in that case!

Totally, so would I. Was OP's point that adventure in need bonuses should be buffed? Im not sure that's 100% clear if it is. I'm just not sure i understand why OP believes every other tank is lengthening everyone else's que times by sitting around doing nothing.
