    Yep, they have never been consistent. Remember Electrum Ingot?
    Electrum Ingot: iLVL40
    Made from Electrum Ore: iLVL43

    Used in Weaver recipes:
    Linen Gaiters, Linen Half Apron, Linen Wedge Cap of Crafting): iLVL37
    Linen Coatee of Crafting, Linen Coatee of Gathering, Linen Wedge Cap of Gathering: iLVL38

    The annoyance here, was need an i43 item to make an i37 item.
