There is no reward to do it anymore the gear you get from it is really outdated. It's not linked to any of the main story quests you are better off skipping it for now and going back later if you can find people. Nobody is doing it at all.

It's also a huge pain in the ass in DF because you generally get people with no idea what to do and it can take an hour to teach them.

Ontop of all of this, it's also the only EX primal that does not drop a mount, excluding HW primals. Add it all together and there's practically no incentive for people to run this fight unless it's a sync'd PT trying to farm whiskers
