    Heavy is basically useless in a dungeon, at least that's what I find. If I pull agro I'd rather run toward the tank then cast stella and put distance between myself and the mob.

    Edit: Only time I could see it being useful is on a boss if it's chasing you, but most bosses are immune.

    You're correct, but that's the extent of it's uses.

    Stella is basically useless in PvE.
    Pretty much sums it up.
