WAR/DRG/MCH have higher bursts than summoners

Summoners are strong in seize the same reason black mages are strong in slaughter, its easy for terrible players to use them as a strong back line

Lets wait for wolves den to come out to actually test them in a proper pvp environment instead of a casual mode, then we can properly assess their power

Sssshhhh don't tell too many summoners this. I enjoy having them foolishly confront me solo the rare times I can in a one on one scenario as dragoon. I had no idea mch had that strong a burst though to rank up there with war and drg since I dont have mch leveled.

MCH burst isn't stronger. It's still pretty strong, but I wouldn't pair it up to the same levels as SMN or a melee. It's also less reliable because of the varied range penalty and how detrimental it can be for a small range difference.

Put the casters on uphill nodes (coughcavecough) and it's annoying to all hell trying to retake it when they can safely hit you for max damage.

Most of complains are usually l2p issues. I bet 80 - 90% players from frontlines have never been in wolves den.

Wouldn't surprise me. How long, exactly, did Wolves Den que's survive for, anyway? Couldn't have been very long... I'll look forward to seeing if Wolves Den 3.0 can do any better. We could use the variety in game modes.

on both aether and primal i was getting upwards of 100-150 matches per week a few weeks before 3.0, this strange fascination that people have with wolves den being dead is pretty unfounded

You were?! I have NEVER seen a que time less than 30 minutes, and, even then, I end up sitting in lobby for over an hour before I finally give up (usually totally forgetting that I was even qued. Just sitting reading a book or something). I would love to have a change of pace from the 72 monkey poop throwing festival. What time do you normally get successful ques for Wolves Den? Do you still get ques now that 3.0 is out?

generally at 2-5am my time is the best time, dont queue for every language or you get locked into a dead queue

Come on guys, be reasonable. Just because SMN has the best burst, best dps, and is the safest damage dealing class in pvp doesn't mean they're over powered!

im not complaining about Smn burst, im just saying Astro healing is broken.
