Remove Cleric Stance as a cross class ability for healers.

Lol my static would say otherwise. My point I was making. Is I don't care one way or another if they take it away from the other healers. Let the whm have it. This game could use some shaking up. Sometimes it's good to throw a monkey wrench into things and see how it sorts itself out.

If they take cleric stance away from SCH, you can say goodbye to any even remotly good DPS numbers. You may know how to "use" sch but you certainly do not know how to actually utilize it, if you don't see how vital cleric stance is to sch. Infact, i would go so far as to saying dpsing on sch is utterly useless without it.

Lol how do you know I don't know "how to utilize sch for dps"? I'm actually curious. I made a comment that I would be fine if they took cleric stance away from the other healers and made it whm exclusive. I actually think the chaos it would cause would be interesting and see how the community responds and works to overcome the obstical.

Unless you think sch would become useless without cleric stance. Not including ast as their dps isn't that great and makes them go oom faster than your unwanted pregnancy went down the toilet on prom night. If you think sch would become useless then this one skill is a crutch and quite possibly need to be looked at overall. But that's a different discussion.

What is interesting is a number of groups essentially have the SCH play as an ARR summoner with a healing pet... and they only step out of cleric when it's completely unavoidable. A hypothetical removal of cleric stance... well, it would really upend that community.

I really hate DPSing as a healer....i really do.
Of course, i DPS when i can, but i just feel uncomfortable doing it.
I'm that ultra protective healer who doesn't like to see the tank reaching 70% hp >_>
But as stated by a bunch of players(and myself) , instead of removing it just add a trait exclusive to WHMs, so WHMs will have the enhanced CS (Acc up when you use it or MP costs halved or crit chance increased or all of this.....whatever) and SCH/AST would have the normal one.
I think that's fair.

Because SCHs dots are abysmal without Stance, so bad in fact you're actually just wasting MP doing them. I'm not sure how they can overcome that huge of a hit unless they compensated for it by making MND effect dots. and i can already see how OP that would be. They would have give something big to make up for taking CS, but it dosn't really matter, it isn't as if this will happen, ever. (The fact they took it away entierly for PVP is proof how huge of a difference it makes)

Oh I agree with you. But it would be rather interesting. And don't sell this community short. The gamer community as a whole tends to be rather ingenious when it comes to overcoming obsticals.
