If I had all day to play this would be fine, but I get the same hours to play every week because of work. There are also others out there complaining about this.If they're going to try and suck the fun out of it for you then don't queue when they're stalking about. At most you'll see them for one match, if that. PvP at different hours of the day.
Will it suck trying to get matches? Most likely.
Will you have a better time in those matches? Probably.
Is there anything you can do about it? No, not immediately anyway.
Hate to say it, but unless you can come up with your own 24 man premade its going to suck pugging it. Simple solution is to just not PvP during primetime. Such is the result of having an open system that allows you to queue with friends.
Can't believe there's still bragging going on about using three full premades. xD
Anyway OP, your only options are to either not queue or conjure your own premade. The only real "solution" is killing GC restrictions to force premades against each other as well. All that queue manipulation is only made possible due to being the least populated GC.
Every time my friends try making a flames premade, the queue times end up being ridiculous and we oftentimes never get in a match because of it. We've waited 70 minutes and 65 minutes on 2 separate occasions before calling it quits. Making a decent premade party is easy, getting a queue depending on your GC is not. Also had long queues with premades when I was in maelstrom...so I don't know what to say.
Yeah, the pre-mades are bad. :\
I don't get very often to PvP, I only really get my roulette done during the week. It is weekends when I can really PvP, I generally try to get at least my 3 weekly wins in that time for the challenge log bonus EXP (nearly 34 right now). Unfortunately, the whole weekend is bogged down with an Adders pre-made (I even heard they're on voip, apparently. Which wouldn't surprise me considering I've seen a 7 layered series of mage LBs literally take out all 24 members of one Grand Company in less than 5 seconds).
It really kills the experience. There is a huge difference between having a fair match, where even when you lose you feel like it was a good fight, and watching 21 people run around with Battle Fever. I've seen the score be 0/0/800 before (or 0/800/0? I'm not sure where the Adders are placed exactly).

Getting rid of gc restrictions would make it a lot harder for them to field multiple premades. Best premades? Lol when you have 24 people that aren't clueless and stick together you win. If they fail to get atleast 2 or 3 teams in the back out the entire party. It's really fun starting the match with only 12 people. Anyways getting rid of gc restrictions would help smaller servers field the same type of premades.
So you want to punish people for wanting to play together and have more organised fights.
git gud
Shock horror, teamwork is a good thing to have in a casual game mode that has teams
Until the three alliances don't get a queue together, decline a match and I'm here wondering what the hell happened to one or both of my alliances.

I know my post may have been a little too long for you to read but please do so. I specifically ask for a separate queue for people wanting to queue together. If they want to queue up as one party it would be fine btw, but these guys are manipulating queues to get in as an alliance.
Again, please learn to read an entire post before you make yourself look stupid.
I'm glad you're not looking to stamp out premades altogether like many others do. That would have an impact on a lot more than just one group.
