Allot has a whole different meaning from "a lot".
Also Lustrate heals 25% less on WAR, not 5%. Lustrae is better when it crits than it used to, true. But regardless, all healing abilities, crit or otherwise, are worse when used on a WAR than the other tanks.



Which they should really fix. DPS oGCDs get the benefits of Blood for Blood and the others, so it's pretty silly that healer oGCDs don't benefit from their potency buffs.

Actually if you look at the tooltips of each "action" you'll find a small beige colored (yellow/orange/darkpink? whatever!!) text saying: "Weaponskill" or "Ability" or "Spell". You can find this text RIGHT UNDER the ability name in the big test at the top-left corner of the tooltip.
Simply:
- Most abilities are oGCD. I can't think of an exception.
- All weaponskills are GCDs and usually cost TP (Only exception to my knowledge are WAR's wrath moves) and are affected by SKILL speed.
- All spells cost MP. Some of them are instant GCDs (Flash, Ruin II, Unmend), but most of them have cast bars. Regardless of instant or cast, they invoke the GCD. Both cast and GCD are affected by SPELL speed.
So the difference is "added" in the descriptions.![]()
