I would prefer Samurai to be tank, Red Mage to be a magic DPS (because we need a new magic DPS) and want the new healer to be Dancer. Though I'm not sure how Dancer would work - you wouldn't be able to give them regens or shields for fear of WHM and SCH complaining endlessly that their classes aren't unique anymore.
