Well, the Invincible in FFIX was in itself a reference to a past FF game (FFIII specifically) - plus the Invincible already appears in FFXIV ARR indirectly (in the game's lore - it was stated as being the original prototype airship constructed by Highwind Skyways - the player even gets a minion of it at level 15), so I don't actually see the FFIX version appearing anywhere in FFXIV I'm sorry to say.

Ironically, FFIX was actually meant to be just like ARR in that it references and homages every FF game that came before it, thus it would actually be harder to incorporate references to FFIX that are not references to a past FF game in itself (ala the Invincible reference mentioned above).
