Housing - When are we getting more?

House sharing will help a little bit. It wont give access to ship building, but to everything else.

I actually haven't read an official article or dev post about house sharing. I should do that. I've only read second hand information. Someone posted that the max will be five people. I sure hope it isn't. Five is simply not enough. I have at least 18 friends who'd like access to my house.

What I'd like to know on the sharing feature is whether it's limited to people you can interact with in-game in real time, like Friend requests are. That limitation on your Friends list prevents friending your alts or being able to send moogle mail to them. What I really want house sharing for is to be able to use the same house for all my alts. They'd better make that possible.

I have two alts and would love to share my house with them. Being able to use the mender, armoire, FC chest and so on would be really nice. I suspect that won't ben an option however. One can dream I suppose.
