Question, I got 784 craft without food. How much CS2 will add to a normal 718 of craftsmanship? do I have to change the whole rotation cause of that?

My craft is high enough on LTW that I only need 8 flawless synthesis of the 11. So I do 1 of 2 things:
1. More aggressive with ToT during Flawless. If I hit my first 5 (3 are guaranteed), I'll play the odds and take a good anytime after that.
2. If I get all 11 flawless, I can cut out one careful synthesis. I just use a 50% hasty touch if that happens. Not ideal but I'll stick to it until I come up with a different rotation for my higher stats.
This is Rath's rotation btw.
Thanks for the tips!
I wish I had a guaranteed 5 Good conditions... I've been averaging 1 per 14.35 steps!
Thanx for the input, I've been so busy with work I'm kinda falling behind in my testing.

Ok done crafting adamantite ingot hq ^^ I'm at 722 craft, 696 control, and 440 cp. (with food)
Since I'm on bsm I dropped Makkers Mark and Fs, used muscle memory and I wanted the safety net of reclaim lol. (Also no skill slot for innovation. Bsm so limited this patch when it comes to required cross skills)
For progress what I did is mm, ing2, sh2, rs, rs, and 1cs2 under ing2. This will leave progress to 1 cs2 to finish the craft.

I do the same thing on BSM. My only complaint about it is how I tend to get goods during ING2. I'd love to pop Precise Touch at that point, but that only leaves room for 1 RS failure... but, it is what it is. I've seen the other rotations listed here. But I think most of those require BSM to drop ToT. And for those rotations, w/ no way to make use of a good, you won't be using precise touch and you won't be using ToT... seems to me (and maybe it is just my preferred style) like a bad idea.
Pretty sure the ones people are using from this thread can use Tot.I do the same thing on BSM. My only complaint about it is how I tend to get goods during ING2. I have found my preferred two star red scrip rotation. Its very strong and has 10 hasty opportunities and requires ZERO ToTs (I have enough CP to use precise touch TWICE in this rotation). This requires very few dynamic choices and is dead simple to execute. The highest risk is failing rapid synth three times (out of the four attempt you have to properly complete your two required rapids). The odds of this occurring are very low. Outside of this you need 1378 base quality to reach 100% (if you get 11 stacks) and 2516 base quality to reach 100% (if you get 10 stacks). Let me know if you have questions.
Minimum stats with food:
Craftsmanship 714
Control 700+
CP 437 (every 18 more allows you to consume a good/excellent with Precise Touch)
Crossclass skills required:
Comfort Zone (ALC 50), Steady Hand II (CUL 37), Muscle Memory (CUL 54), Careful Synthesis II (WVR 50), Rapid Synthesis (ARM 15), Hasty Touch (ALC 15), and Ingenuity II (BSM 50)
Rotation:
Muscle Memory
Comfort Zone
Inner Quiet
Steady Hand II
Ingenuity II (Make sure to get x2 Rapid Synth)
Rapid Synth

Hasty Touch (or Rapid Synth if one failed)
Hasty Touch
Careful Synthesis II (should be one step from completion)
Master's Mend II

Where is the advantage in comparison to Raths rota, which allows for guaranteed 11 HTs (12 HT if you hit all 11 FTs with high enough craftmanship)?

Good question. There are quite a few questions, pokes and replies on this topic in the new thread I've started.
The summary is roughly as follows (anyone may poke/prod esp Rath, huggles if I have anything inaccurate Rath):
Kat's Muscle Memory Approach:
Pros:
* Lower Minimum CP cost at 419.
* More CP available for Basic/Precise touches: at CP 419 (All Hasty Touches) at 437 CP (one Precise) at 455 CP (two Precise).
* If you get a ToT outside SHII during you first Comfort Zone you will also recover 8 CP from your last tic of Comfort Zone. At 463 CP this allows four Basic/Precise Touches.
* Requires less cross skill classes allowing all but Leatherworker to pickup ToT, Innovation and Reclaim
Cons:
* Missed Rapids cost one hasty touch each
* Three missed Rapids can cause the rotation to go very sour
Rath's Maker's Mark Approach:
Pros:
* Progress is completely much more safely with two safe extra attempts.
* If you fall short 1-2 makers marks you can make up the difference with a single Careful touch.
* One Additional Hasty touch is available
Cons:
* Higher minimum CP Cost 437
* Less CP available for Basic/Precise touches: 437 CP (All Hasty Touches) at 455 CP (one Basic/Precise)
* Requires a higher number of cross class skills, forcing blacksmith to choose one of (ToT, Innovation and Reclaim) and others to choose two of (ToT, Innovation and Reclaim)
