LOL Scholar needs buffs? The most OP job in the game needs buffs just because AST is now a good class?

You know that point when your exaggeration is so extreme that you don't even have a point anymore? Yeah.

Anyways they don't care about scholar and it's evident from a laundry list of 3.0 changes.
