Just reading a quest and it stated in the Sixth Umbral Era there was a great flood that drowned the world. (and that the archons came then)

Do you think the next "disaster" to hit, will be a flood again, or something different.

Another flood seems plausible from all the rain?

Perhaps the moon swings by close enough that it causes massive earthquakes? Perhaps there is something which spreads from the moon to Eorzea as it passes by, spawning strange plant and animal life? Maybe both? The pic from the event poster suggests there to be some sort of structure on the moon, though that could just be artistic licensing.
