First of all I would like to start by saying no Astrologian is denying that 3.07 buffs are very powerful buffs.
That said, its evident that many Scholars and White Mages are now worried about the possibility of getting replaced. To this, I say "duh". What is the point of a third healer class if it cannot replace the other two?
Now to the topic of Obsolete/Irrelevance. While i cannot see the future, this is most likely not going to happen. Alexander Savages were cleared mostly by SCH/WHM, both of these classes have not been nerfed.

Let me make this simple for you.

1:30 10% dos buff + heals that keep up with whm significantly changes the game when you nee higher eps to get less boss phases or burn phases easier.

So yea, whm specifically better watch out. Utility healers will always be superior to raw throughput healers with equal skill.
