Oh no, i just picked a random number to illustrate the point. It's a 66% increase on the target if you spam them. If your benefic healed for 10,000 it would now be healing the tank for 16600 in total. Depends on gear.

That said, my Benefic 1 heals for about 3000 in my current gear (AST's an alt so it's 190 ravana weapon with a mix of 190 gordian parts and 180 Law). Benefic II is more like 4800, which would scale up to about 8000.
