How the new Synastry works

This is kind of weird, but i used today colelctive unconscious and after i stopped channeling and was moving, the regen effect stayed on me for the whole duration even if i was casting spells. i dont even get if its intended. AST received some pretty damn good buffs

I have to imagine this is intentional, the damage reduction effect fades as soon as the bubble breaks, but the regen specifically has a timer and does not fade. If the regen did fade as soon as people step out of the bubble, then CU would still be relatively useless, as no amount of regen potency in it would make up for the loss of GDCs while using it.

It's a little unwieldy to use as it is anyway, because the regen effect is tied to being inside the bubble, you'll usually have to sacrifice a GCD or two to keep it up long enough for the server tick to apply it in the first place.

It's really useful CU now. If you are about to take a big hit, use CU and your party receives -10% damage, then you cancel CU and they still get a regen.

yeah i believe it was intended too, otherwise i dont think they would have nerfed potency from 200 to 150. I also noticed that somehow it still applies buff only after like.. 5 seconds.

I really like this change to CU. It makes it feel sexy now.
