    Sure-cast actually was suppose to allow u to move for a few sec while casting. That however was not the case and the spell still does not function correctly.

    Who even uses it outside of PVP anyway, I almost forgot it even existed.

    But that feeling when your Tier 4 is half a second off and enochain falls off.
