personally i think i do too, outside of long wait times for nm's and hnm's ... i think i would love a super dupper 50times as badass ffxi-2. everything in ffxiv should be bigger and badder then ffxi was in every way, it should of been improved everything and added in. i mean i don't want to feel like i'm playing ffxi cause i left that game bored ...but the core soul of it ...yes ffxi all the way. fak any other game to steal the soul of ffxiv.

FFXIV should have released with a combat system like the one in the opening cinematic and other cutscenes.

FFXIV should have also attempted to emulate the promises made on www.finalfantasyxiv.com as well as attempted to introduce the content slated for release by Tanaka in the first version update.



Compared to the above, an FFXI-2 would be so boring. FFXIV is already becoming FFXI-2 though, anyway, so all you people should be satisfied, at least.

i still agree with user2011, though i want something ffxi'ish. i wanted tanaka's vision of the game over anything but i still thought it was pretty ffxi'ish in the direction it was going. i just thought it to be that bigger badder version i was talking about in the above thread. i want new and improved, ..i will enjoy a ffxi-2 but not as much as something that totally gives me that feeling of ffxi with a this is totally new feeling. though the game is going in direction where it feels like i been here b4 lol. i still think i can enjoy the game long as they bring the biggest things ffxi had.

PARTY PLAY, PARTY PLAY GRINDS, FULL LINKSHELL EVENTS, PARTY MISSIONS. the soul of ffxi, with a feeling of new and bigger and badder ...lol... yes pleeasssse.
