No sharing aetheryte for private houses?

Which after thinking about it further, if we can place a mini-aetheryte down shouldn't we be able to use it as well?

You do not use an Aetheryte to get the teleport, it shows up automatically in the owners (FC members) teleport log after you place it. I.e. furnishing rights won't give the teleport...
