No sharing aetheryte for private houses?

With the upcoming private house sharing features, I noticed that they mentioned specifically that you will be allowed to share your garden and allow five other people to move around your furniture.

But what about aetheryte teleports? I've been looking forward to sharing my house with my gf. It would be a shame if they left out the ability for friends to teleport directly to your house.

Between this post and the way that the Teleport menu looks, it seems like it could be possible. The teleport menu has an entire "section" designated "Residential Areas"

I am definitely super worried about the specificity of their official statement. I'd love to see a translation of what all was said more detailed.

I didn't think of it the way you just described about them being vague with their official statement. Your concern is definitely warranted but I'll share my thoughts on it and you let me know if you think it could be true as well.

My initial reaction was, "furnishing rights" means the ability to place, remove, move, rotate, and interact with housing objects. Which after thinking about it further, if we can place a mini-aetheryte down shouldn't we be able to use it as well?

An official clarification on the exact intention house sharing ability would be wonderful.

You do not use an Aetheryte to get the teleport, it shows up automatically in the owners (FC members) teleport log after you place it. I.e. furnishing rights won't give the teleport...

Ppl should be able to save up 5 housing teleports imo. We never visit friends because how can we memorize all the address?

I would love to be able to save some teleports to my friends houses. Housing areas are cemetaries as it is with inactives, at least this could provide some small source of new life if even it could not provide more ppl living in these ghost towns.

I am also concerned with the language "furnishing rights" because placement and moving furnishing menu is quite different from use of the furniture. It needs to be both. These are two very different types of permissions (even within FC housing)

Would be nice yeah, they already got the base feature with the owner behind the teleport in (). It would make the others teleport list look less empty too ^^

Write a note in their friends list or on your desk?

I memorized addresses for all my friends growing up and I can still give my entire address history of 34 years from memory.

Remembering all those addresses isn't hard when you put effort in.
