Void Ark 24 member raid for 3.1

So currently it is revealed they mysterious ship in the sky is the new 24 member raid and it is some kind of Ghost Ship Thing.

Anyone want to speculate what to expect?

I think it might be a relic/ warship from the War of Magi. We're finding out that there were Void mages at the time
