Ok... this has happened to me like three times now. Most notably in the Alex (normal) run where you have the two Oppressors. It also happened in Bismark Ex.

Whenever there's a mechanic where I have to provoke something, I'll hit the button, Provoke will go off, you'll see the little animation on the screen, but it won't actually provoke and I won't get aggro. The icon will also not show a cool down.

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

I mostly run into this with circle of scorn, but it can happen with any oGCD instacast ability. Basically the client thinks it's OK and starts the animation, but then a server packet arrives that says NOOOOOO.

2 workarounds:
1. spam the key
2. wait just a little bit longer after your last action. With practice the timing isn't too hard, but can be variable with latency.
