Well I had an interesting bug today in A1S. Ley went on CD on pull and I never got the ring. RIP opener.
Also zero caster drops so far T_T. At least I'll get my accessory of choice next week.

Yoshi-P is doing his best and is patching Endwalker. Please wait warmly until it is ready.

Gonna just put this out there since A4S has been out for so long.
ACC cap is probably 540. Missed a few times at 537. Haven't missed at 540, or 550. Still messing around with this specific ACC cap since I'm naturally at about 560 which is definitely capped.

Awesome. Looks like my gear I picked out with that acc cap in mind staying.

I've been experimenting on making the AOE rotation(let's be honest, Fire II is pathetic) strong as possible. With RS and Enochian, the best I can get is 1.7k dps(lvl50 dummy.. need to find a 60 but it's probably about 1.2 or 1.4). RS is gone by the time you do a third flare. So that's a good burst AOE opener I guess.
Edit: OK just read Aikaal's info on the the very subject and my experiment is a loss on 4 or more targets(hah). I still feel Fire II could use a little buff(nothing astronomical).

I confirm 0 miss with 540 Accuracy. With this, I can link this : A4S Cap BiS
This is where I'm gonna go from. Need more Spell Speed.

Read the tooltip for the ability: "increases attack speed by 15%"
Feel free to test it on a dummy. I did a while ago, and it was no change in min or max DoT ticks.
Attack Speed is not Spell Speed. You can test it by using Leyline and you will see your Spell Speed is unchanged. Therefor it does not buff Thunder DoT potency.

Finished a first go at a spreadsheet.
Quick notes:
1) For simplicity, I haven't considered how spell speed affects the structure of your rotation, I estimated the DPS from spamming blizzard. I figure it's analogous, but it might not be. I think you'd need a ton of spell speed to have your rotation change, but full disclosure etc. This may indicate the presence of a Spell Speed arbitrage. But since spell speed has the highest weight anyway, I'm not too worried about this short term.
2) Instructions are on the title page.
3) Various comparisons to thunder vs. other spells are included for you to draw your own conclusions.
4) The Det formula was regressed by myself. Right now, we see DPS contributions for WD, Int and Det. Near the end of ARR we discovered this to be false. The formula I regressed had a R-squared score of .989. Some numbers may be off simply because this stuff does have variance and we can't be sure short of them telling us.
As we get a wider range of weapon ilvls, this may change- so it is not inaccurate to say the det formula is wrong. It is a bit disingenuous to say it's not useful.
5) I work in Excel. I have no idea if this works properly cross platform. One day I may branch out into different utilities, but for now if there's an issue and you're not using Excel then there you go.
6) If you can't download this at all, however, it's probably because I suck at this.
you're probably better off exporting it to 2003 excel format and uploading it to google drive which would make it work without having to download it.
